International Coffee Day is a global celebration of coffee, observed annually on October 1. It honors the journey of coffee from the farm to the cup and recognizes the millions of people—farmers, roasters, baristas, and coffee shop owners—who contribute to the coffee industry.
The day also raises awareness of the challenges faced by coffee growers, particularly in developing countries, and promotes fair trade practices.
On October 1st, 2024, Adult Alternative Home Care observed International Coffee Day, recognizing coffee’s cultural significance, rich heritage, and enduring popularity, from cultivation to cup.
We invited community partners to redeem a complimentary coffee or tea via text.
