The Elizabeth, NJ 5th Ward Cookout and Health Fair has been a tradition since 2005, as a commitment to give back to the community and to never forget where we come from. This year thanks to Councilman William Gallman Jr, we were able to attend this event at Jefferson Park and spend time with the community, given the opportunity we also met with Major J. Christian Bollwage.
